How does my purchase support Central Park?
100% of the proceeds from your purchase go directly to the Central Park Conservancy, the non-profit responsible for the daily care and maintenance of New York City’s iconic park.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard and expedited shipping via UPS and USPS. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Are Central Park Conservancy members eligible for a discount?
Yes, active members receive a 10% discount on all purchases. Please ensure you are logged into your member account at checkout for the discount to be automatically applied.
